At A-One Pawnbroker, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our business and the unique nature of pre-owned and second-hand items, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items purchased.

Please be sure of your purchase before completing your transaction.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect and test items prior to purchase, as all items are sold “as-is.” Our team is always available to answer any questions or provide additional details about the items you're interested in.

Exceptions:

While we maintain a strict no-return policy, exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of A-One Pawnbroker in cases of:

• Defective Merchandise: If an item is found to be defective or non-functional at the time of purchase, please notify us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.
